"Casa Roma" is the name of an ancient farm in the
heart of the Piave zone. The Peruzzetto family's strong links with this area
go back through the generations and the latest representatives of
this long-standing tradition, Luigi and Adriano Peruzzetto, have endeavoured to
exploit and develop the Piave's most authentic resources, achieving extraordinary
results, especially with the Marca Trevigiana's native vine par excellence: Raboso Piave, the "Great Native".

Adriano supervises the 26 ha of vineyard (almost all estate-owned); Luigi, who qualified as an oenologist
in Conegliano, handles the cellar work.
Casa Roma has always believed, with dogged determination, in promoting Raboso wine. Thanks to its tenacity, and that of a few other producers,
this wine is now recognised as one of the best of the Veneto
and of Italia, with a very exciting future before it.

The Piave
zone's roots spring from age-old traditions and
this, combined with an openness to experimentation,
has engendered interesting results, such as the "Callarghe": a
Raboso Piave passito with enormous potential. But Casa
Roma is not just Raboso, the estate's other wines - first
and foremost the white "San
Dordi" - has produced excellent results and
earned wide acclaim.
